Please critique your finished artwork. How well did you express your "word?" What was successful about your piece and what needed work? Please explain one alternate idea you had for your word?
I really like the colours, brushstrokes, and thick paint. I think it does express the word very well although I believe that some of my colours could've been brighter though. It wash't exactly what I had in mind starting the project but I definitely like the way it went. It was originally going to be an abstract painting of colour, sand, water, and a bright pattern to use as a background for other things but I ended up falling in love with this and I don't think I could cover it up-it can stand as it own finished art work.
